Is your Outlook Inbox getting out of control?
For most people a vast majority of email needs to be stored and ready to be referenced. If your inbox is getting out of control create a system for filing messages:

• Right click your Inbox and select “New Folder”
• Give the folder a descriptive name (i.e. “Clients” or “Vendors”)
• Select “Mail and Post Items” for Folder contains

You can now move messages to this new folder by simply dragging them to the folder or better yet, Right click the new folder and using the same steps to create additional sub-folders.
