We were contacted by South Bay Hearing 15 years ago as they were preparing to more to a new location. As part of the move South Bay wanted to install all new computers, a server and a new phone system.
Advanced Network Consulting met with the owners and staff to evaluate the current configuration and systems in place as well as to discuss goals for the Audiology practice for the coming years.
We performed a walk through at the new office as it was being built out; designed the network, phone cabling and a network topology and layout that met South Bay’s immediate needs as well as projected growth.
ANC installed the entire network and phone cabling and coordinated the ordering and installation of the office Internet connection.
ANC configure and purchased a new server, all back office and exam room computers, Firewall, UPS, Switch and miscellaneous equipment, taking the office from a Per-to-Peer network to Microsoft Windows 2008 Domain with office wide security , installing the complete system, including Audiometers, Wall mounted Flat screen TV secondary displays for patients, surround sound audio systems for hearing aid testing.
Advanced Network Consulting Installed and configured the latest version of HearForm and NOAH and transferred the existing data to the new server.
Now 5 years later, South Bay is expanding and taking over an adjacent suite and almost doubling the size of their office. Advanced Network Consulting is installing 4 additional Exam room computers and two additional back office computers as well as the new Flat Screen T.V.’s for patents, the new surround sound audio systems for hearing aid testing.
Additionally ANC is deploying the new E-patient system to enhance the client experience for South Bay and provide new programs for patient education.
ANC also helped open a second location in Mission Viejo in late 2013.
